I was there several years ago and I found the hotel was a little run down. The "Grand Hyatt" standard should be a little higher than the average "Hyatt" brand. In addition, the house keeper department missed cleaning our room when we returned to the hotel at 5:00PM after touring the city. The front desk didn't offered us a glass of water at the grand lobby sitting area while waiting for the cleanup. It took the house keeping staff 1 1/2 hrs to finish cleaning our room. (they claimed the department had gone home) After a quick shower (sweaty after a whole day touring), we missed our dinner reservation at 7:30PM.
