I used to live in soi12. I never walked to the end. I like the older apartments. Bangkok is losing its character with all the new condos.
I have stayed in Soi 12 many times – the last time 6 weeks ago. The Soi 12 hotel is great, rooms good and a hidden gem. Its a quiet street but very close to where the day and nightlife is on Sukhumvit Road. There are some new condo units in the street now, they are good also. Thanks for the video.

Wow, just found my condo ,Circle condominium. Be there in November. I originally was staying at soi 10, next to chuvit park, but I hear its now closed. To bad, it was an oasis of green.

We didn't get very far down Soi 12 as we were looking for Korea Town, and got as far as the BBQ side entrance, so thanks for doing the job for us. Cabbages and condoms indeed!

This soi is quite short and with quite a number of condo there. Look so warm for this video with the sun rise!

Gday mate good video and best time of the day to get out and about not to hot make me hungry seeing those satays cooking those canals are pretty bad hey some just smell awfull used to have to catch the bus next to one that would rip the skin of your arm if you fell in yuk and the smell phweeeee any way take care .
Handy guide, an overlooked soi that. If living in Bangkok for say a few months a room at one of those mansions don't look to bad. Least your on a quieter soi with no major traffic passing by.
